Returns and Complaints

In accordance with the Polish Consumer Rights Act, you may withdraw from the contract and return the product within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.
To make a return, simply send us an e-mail at shop@dogscraft.pl or a written statement to our company address.
The returned product must be sent back at your own expense within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal notice.
A refund (including delivery costs up to the cheapest delivery option available) will be made within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal statement, but not earlier than after receiving the returned product.

⚠️ Note: Products made to order or clearly personalized (e.g. with a name, custom design, etc.) are non-returnable.

If the received product has a defect, you may file a complaint.
Complaints should be sent by e-mail to shop@dogscraft.pl or in writing to our company address.
We will respond to complaints within 14 days.
If the complaint is accepted, we will replace the product with a new one, fix the defect, or refund the full purchase price.
