Terms and Conditions of the Online Store Dog's Craft

1. General Provisions

The Dog's Craft online store operates at dogscraft.pl and is run by:

These Terms and Conditions define the rules of using the online store, placing orders, concluding sales contracts, making payments, delivery, withdrawal from the contract, complaints, and data protection principles.

A Customer of the store may be a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality.


2. Orders and Conclusion of the Contract

The store conducts sales via the Internet.

Information about products (prices, descriptions, photos) constitutes an invitation to conclude a contract.

Orders can be placed through the store’s website.

The sales contract is concluded in Polish or English at the time of the Seller’s confirmation of the order.

The Seller is exempt from VAT pursuant to Article 113 of the Polish VAT Act. All prices in the store are final and do not include VAT.


3. Methods of Delivery and Order Fulfillment

In the case of payment by bank transfer, electronic payments, or payment card, the order will be processed from the date the Seller’s bank account is credited.

Alternatively:
The order will be processed after the Online Store receives confirmation of successful payment from the payment service provider.

Orders are delivered via courier or postal services, according to the delivery option selected by the Customer at checkout.


4. Right of Withdrawal

A Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The 14-day period begins on the day the goods are received.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer should send a declaration to the Seller’s e-mail (shop@dogscraft.pl) or in writing to the Seller’s address.

In case of withdrawal, the Consumer is obliged to return the product at their own cost within 14 days.

The Seller will refund payments (including delivery costs up to the cheapest delivery option available) within 14 days of receiving the declaration, but not before receiving the returned goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the Consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized (Article 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act).


5. Warranty and Product Conformity

The Seller is liable to the Customer for the conformity of the goods with the contract in accordance with applicable law.

The Customer has the right to submit a complaint regarding product conformity within 2 years from the date of delivery of the goods.

Complaints should be submitted in writing or via email to the Seller’s contact address provided in these Terms and Conditions.


6. Payments

The Online Store accepts the following forms of payment:

  • bank transfer,

  • electronic payments,

  • payment cards.

The following payment cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard.


7. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

The administrator of personal data is Dog's Craft Małgorzata Poklękowska.

Customers’ personal data is processed for the purposes of order fulfillment, issuing invoices, and contacting the Customer.

Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to complete an order.

The Customer has the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, and transfer their data.

Data is not shared with third parties except entities responsible for order fulfillment (e.g., courier companies, payment operators).

Data is stored for the period required by tax and accounting regulations.

Processing of personal data is carried out on the basis of:
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).


8. Final Provisions

The Terms and Conditions are available on the store’s website.

The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions; however, amendments will not affect the rights acquired by Customers.

In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
