Order Processing Time

All of our products are made by hand in our workshop, with great attention to detail. This means that processing time may vary depending on the type of order and is always specified on each product page.

• Ready-to-ship products are usually dispatched within a few business days.

• Personalized products require additional time for preparation – the exact processing time is provided in the product description.

• Pre-order products – for new releases or special editions, we sometimes offer products on a pre-order basis. This means you can order them now, but shipping will only take place once the production is complete. The estimated delivery date is always mentioned in the product description.
